60 Minutes
First Initial Assessment
The initial assessment is a 60-minute assessment visit. During this assessment, you will be given a psychiatric evaluation and asked a series of questions. The goal of this assessment is to properly diagnose the client using the DSM-V criteria so that they will be started on the appropriate psychiatric medication regime and begin their healing process.

Follow Up Visit
Follow-up appointments are 15–20 minutes or longer, depending on the specific needs of the patient. During follow-up appointments, the client’s medication responses and symptoms are evaluated. (Clients should document any concerns and questions they may have in between their appointments so they can be addressed).

Paperwork Completion
All patients are required to fill out paperwork prior to their appointment.
Cancellation Policy
If you fail to show up or cancel less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee, per clinic policy.

Private pay is an option, and we accept the following healthcare plans for outpatient therapy and medication management.
